Exploration M.E.G keeps your information safe using services known as Photon and PlayFab. These services are used by Exploration M.E.G to provide multiplayer features, player accounts, saved information, virtual currency, cosmetics, and other online game features. Exploration M.E.G and Nullframe Studios will never sell your personal information.

About In-App-Purchasing, all In-App-Purchases such as bundles or cosmetics are processed through the Meta Horizon Store. Exploration M.E.G and Nullframe Studios do not directly receive your payment card number, banking information, or other payment information used to complete purchases. Payment information is handled by Meta and its applicable payment providers.

Everyone must meet the minimum age requirements established for Exploration M.E.G and the Meta Quest platform. Exploration M.E.G may contain scary environments, sounds, or other horror-related content that may not be suitable for everyone.

This App Collects Or Processes Information From You Such as your Meta User ID/Account Identifier, In-Game Username/Display Name, general City/Country or Region information where available, PlayFab Account ID, Photon Player/Session information, User Age Group information, and information relating to your progress and account inside Exploration M.E.G.

The Information Above is being used to Keep Track Of your Account/Player Settings In Game. Player settings and account information may include Cosmetic Saving, Virtual Currency, Game Progress, Player Settings, Moderation Items, Multiplayer Information, and other information required for Exploration M.E.G to function properly.

Exploration M.E.G may process general geographic information such as your country or region for online multiplayer functionality, server selection, security, or other game services. Exploration M.E.G does not intentionally collect or track your precise physical location.

Exploration M.E.G uses Photon for multiplayer networking and other online multiplayer functionality. Photon may process information required to connect players to multiplayer services, including network, session, region, and player identification information.

Exploration M.E.G uses Microsoft PlayFab for backend game services. PlayFab may be used to store information such as your game account identifier, display name, virtual currency, owned or unlocked cosmetics/items, game progress, moderation information, and other saved account information required by Exploration M.E.G.

Exploration M.E.G also uses services provided by Meta Platforms Technologies for Meta Quest functionality. Information processed directly by Meta is also subject to Meta's own privacy policies and data practices.

The data collected or processed by Exploration M.E.G is used to provide multiplayer functionality, identify your game account, save your progress and settings, save cosmetics and virtual currency, provide Meta platform features, moderate players, enforce game rules, prevent cheating or abuse, provide technical support, and operate and improve Exploration M.E.G.

Nullframe Studios does NOT sell your personal information or personal game data to advertisers or other companies.

Your information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Exploration M.E.G and its online services, maintain your account and saved information, provide moderation and security, resolve problems, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

You May delete your WHOLE EXPLORATION M.E.G ACCOUNT and request deletion of personal information collected or stored by Exploration M.E.G at any time. This option is available to ALL Exploration M.E.G users regardless of their country or region. There is no fee for requesting deletion.

To request deletion of your Exploration M.E.G account and data, contact drayotte77@yahoo.com and use "Exploration M.E.G Data Deletion Request" as the subject. You should provide enough information for Nullframe Studios to identify the Exploration M.E.G account you want deleted, such as your Meta username, in-game username, or other applicable account identifier. NEVER send your password, payment information, Social Security Number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, Nullframe Studios will delete or request deletion of personal information associated with your Exploration M.E.G account from systems under our control, including applicable PlayFab and Photon-associated information where that information is stored and can be associated with your account.

Deleting or uninstalling Exploration M.E.G from your Meta Quest headset does NOT automatically request deletion of server-side information. If you want your stored Exploration M.E.G account information deleted, you must contact drayotte77@yahoo.com using the deletion process explained above.

Once your Exploration M.E.G account information has been permanently deleted, it may not be possible to recover it. Certain limited information may be kept if required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes. Any information retained for one of these reasons will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary.

Deletion requests made to Nullframe Studios apply to information controlled by Exploration M.E.G and Nullframe Studios. Information independently controlled by Meta, Microsoft PlayFab, Photon, or another third-party provider may also be subject to that company's own privacy policy and deletion procedures.

USER AGE GROUPS: The User Age Group API Is used to ensure Exploration M.E.G offers content and features suitable for the age group assigned to the user by Meta. User Age Group information may also be used to provide appropriate game or multiplayer experiences based on the user's assigned age group. Exploration M.E.G does not use the User Age Group API to obtain or store your exact birthday.

DATA SECURITY: Nullframe Studios takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through Exploration M.E.G. Third-party services used by Exploration M.E.G, including Photon, PlayFab, and Meta, maintain their own systems and security practices. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Exploration M.E.G application as well as applicable services operated by Nullframe Studios in connection with Exploration M.E.G. This policy explains how the Exploration M.E.G app collects, processes, uses, stores, and allows deletion of user information.

If Exploration M.E.G changes how user information is collected or used in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect those changes.
